Can I make change of my orders upon order confirmation? (ie : quantity, type of merchandize or box color)
Any change of orders will be upon availability and need to be within minimum 2 weeks before order delivery. You will need to consult our admin on the request. Kindly submit your change request to below or email to us at deannacreationshop@gmail.com
Can I use my own design?
Yes, we allow customization to “curate your own”. You may submit your request here : Note : We prefer the design in PDF file and image size must be 11cm x 19cm to get optimum printing quality
Can I change the color or font of design?
You may consult with our design on the request. Kindly put under remarks on any request. Email us at deannacreationshop@gmail.com
How many changes is allowable?
We recommend customer to review their request and we only allowable up to 2 times upon confirmation. This to allow our production team able to deliver on timely manner.
How long will it take for design team to get in touch with me?
Kindly allow 3 to 5 working days for our design team to reach you.

Who is our logistic courier?
We currently rely on our 3rd party logistic courier as per following : Malaysia – Flash Express Singapore/Brunei – QExpress
How long is the shipping delivery?
We aims to deliver your orders during your requested date. Delivery may varies depending on logistic courier. Here are delivery estimate :
Semenanjung Malaysia : 1-3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak : 5-9 Working days
Singapore/ Brunei : 5-9 Working days

Do I able to opt for pickup?
Yes, you can opt for pickup In 2 locations. Kindly ensure you select “ Pick Up at Our Studio” and allowable timing.

Can I opt for other options on pickup? (ie : Lalamove, Bungkusit, Grab)
Yes, you may select your delivery method as pick up and you may contact with DC team on the arrangement. We appreciate if the pickup details to be door-to-door delivery (as we are currently at level 9).
